About Us
We are a family of hog hunters who fell in love with the Catahoula breed throughout our ten years of hog hunting. We have hunted with many other breeds of dogs but none captured our hearts like the Catahoulas. We have aligned our selves with friends and other breeders to preserve the breeds natural hunting and working assertiveness and abilities with out breeding overly aggressive dogs. We want our hunting and working dogs to be trustworthy to play with our granddaughter in the back yard. But able to stop a wild boar when we are hunting. Our dogs are gentle and loving when not working yet are able to and will stop a wild boar when called on to due so. We have Catahoulas trained for tracking people and blood trailing wounded game. Some of our Catahoulas are used by others for working cattle and some are used for coon and squirrel hunting also bear and Coyote hunting.
